제품특징
탈회골(Demineralized Bone)은 탈회공정을 통해 노출되는 골형성단백질(BMP) 등과 같은 골성장인자의 골유도작용(Osteoinduction)을 통해 보다 빠르고 질 좋은 뼈 재생을 돕습니다. 이렇게 골유도작용을 통해 생성되는 뼈세포들이 차올라 갈 수 있도록 하는 지지대(Scaffold)가 필요한데 이때 해면골(Cancellous Bone)은 뼈 내부의 생체조직을 지탱하고 있는 3차원 다공성 구조로서 강도가 높은 스폰지(sponge) 모양을 유지하고 있어 혈관의 재혈관화(Revascularization)와 뼈의 remodeling을 위한 최적의 환경을 만들어주는 골전도능(Osteoconduction)이 뛰어나 골 재생을 돕게 됩니다. 또한 100% 동종골 이식재로서 생체적합성(Biocompatibilitiy)이 높습니다.
