Manufacturing Process

All products are strictly managed by our company’s policy through donor screening step to the final microbial testing step to ensure the safety and the quality.

Donor Screening
In order to ensure the safety and the effectiveness of our products, donors are screened in accordance with the GTP (Good Tissue Practices) of AATB (American Association of Tissue Banks) and KATB (Korean Association of Tissue Banks).

Tissue Pretreatment

Product Processing
The raw material is dehydrated, defatted and demineralized by some chemicals and solvents. Most microorganisms and viruses can be in-activated.

Rinsing and Freeze Drying
In this step, the tissue will be neutralized and rinsed by buffer solution in order to remove residual chemicals and solvents.

Sterilization
Our products are sterilized by Electron beam after final packing.
Step
06
Quality Management
After sterilized, a final microbial test will be performed for 14 days to ensure the safety, only products that passed the test can be released to the market.
