Refuse Collect E-mail
This website strictly prohibits the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on the site through email collection programs or other technical means. Please be aware that any violation of this policy may result in criminal penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.
Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)
① No one shall collect email addresses from an internet website using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect such addresses without the prior consent of the website operator or administrator.
② No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.
③ No one shall use an email address collected, sold, or distributed in violation of paragraphs 1 and 2 for transmitting information while knowing that its collection, sale, or distribution is prohibited.

Article 65-2 (Penalties)
Any person falling under any of the following categories shall be subject to a fine of up to 10 million KRW:
- Those who violate Article 50, Paragraph 4 by engaging in technical measures.
- Those who violate Article 50, Paragraph 6 by transmitting commercial advertising information for profit.
- Those who violate Article 50-2 by collecting, selling, distributing, or using email addresses for information transmission.
Article 74 (Criminal Penalties)
① Any person falling under any of the following categories shall be subject to imprisonment for up to one year or a fine of up to 10 million KRW:
1. Those who violate Article 8, Paragraph 4 by displaying, selling, or exhibiting for sale products with misleading markings.
2. Those who violate Article 44-7, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1 by distributing, selling, leasing, or publicly displaying obscene symbols, words, sounds, images, or videos.
3. Those who violate Article 44-7, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3 by repeatedly sending symbols, words, sounds, images, or videos that cause fear or anxiety to the recipient.
4. Those who violate Article 50, Paragraph 6 by engaging in technical measures.
5. Those who violate Article 50, Paragraph 8 by transmitting advertising information.
6. Those who violate Article 53, Paragraph 4 by failing to register changes in registration details or report the transfer, acquisition, merger, or inheritance of a business.
② A complaint cannot be filed against an offender under Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3 unless the victim explicitly expresses their intent.
