Precautions for Exchange/Return

​

• You must request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the product.

• The return address is: (12930) 150 Jojeong-daero, 915 Blue Zone, Iteco, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.

• If the product differs from the description or advertisement, or is not supplied according to the contract, you may withdraw your purchase within 3 months from the date of receipt, or within 30 days from the date you became aware (or could have become aware) of the issue.

• VETEREGEN will refund the amount paid within 3 business days after confirming the returned product does not fall under Article 16(2) of the Terms of Service.

• Contracts signed by minors may be canceled by the minor or their legal representative if not approved by the legal representative.

 

Cases where Exchange/Return is NOT accepted (Terms of Service Article 16(2)):

Exchange or return is not allowed in the following cases:

1. If the product is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer (except for damage to check product contents).
2. If the sterile pouch is opened or the packaging is damaged, refunds are not possible. "Damaged packaging" includes attempts to reseal or manipulation of the sterile transparent pouch.
3. If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer's use or partial consumption.
4. If the product's value has decreased over time, making resale difficult.
5. If the product was not purchased directly from VETEREGEN or is a discontinued item.
6. If the product was custom-made for the customer (e.g., Specialty graft family).
7. If the product has a shelf life of less than 6 months (unless it was already under 6 months at the time of purchase).
